To the Team at Krueger Projects:

I just wanted to share a quick note and let you know that you guys did a really good job. I’m so pleased that you took on my project at a time where it needed professionalism, proactivity, innovation and creativity to get it done and done properly. You made it simple for me and you did it in a timely manner. You project managed without issue or concern with a solution based approach, I never saw or heard of issues however I know you had many during the course of the fit out. My new shop looks great, thank you team Krueger, GREAT job!

We are delighted with the end product of our office fitout by Krueger Projects. It has brightened and modernised our offices and made it a more welcoming place to work.  The Krueger team were efficient, kept us updated at all times, and very flexible when it came to last minute changes. Thanks to Brett, Reece and the team.

Our biggest challenge was that the industry lacks a one stop shop for fit outs. When using previous shopfitters, we found that due to project management generally many things would crumble 1-2 weeks pre-opening.

Expertise. I have been asked many times as to who I now use and I always say “the best”, Krueger. They are not cheap, but you will most likely end up paying the high price later anyway when the lack of skill from other suppliers end up costing you time and money. I find the Krueger quotes to be more transparent and that’s why other suppliers at first glance look cheaper.

Working with Krueger offered me streamlining. A one stop shop that gives me peace of mind. I know that Krueger sources well and that they are also open to new vendors too if it’s in the best interest of their clients.

The Krueger Team speaks for itself. Each project I have the same team of people which is important to me and shows job satisfaction. That’s the sign of a great company!

Our biggest challenge was the need to secure consistency with our stores nationally being based in NSW. We needed a relationship that negated the need for micromanagement of projects, and be able to confidently meet the key requirements of budget and timeline. With a new design concept for the brand, it was imperative that all potential issues were identified and resolved prior to the roll out of multiple projects.

When engaging Krueger, the meeting of key Krueger personnel of project management was paramount. The relationship between our site teams and project management has strengthened over the years with projects having extended to the VIC, SA and ACT markets.

As always, due diligence is prudent but the quality and professionalism of Kruegers has always been of a very high standard. They are consistently accommodating, a huge plus considering the ever changing world of a client’s needs, and are able to undertake multiple projects with the same degree of high standards demanded from both clients and landlords.

Ownership over every aspect of the build has permitted a continued relationship between our businesses.

Our biggest challenge was to find a working partner that understood our brand values. This translated into integrity, respect and commitment.

We had dealt with other shopfitters historically and wished for a service that differed from our previous experiences. From this, we engaged Krueger and have been able to develop a true partnership, one that we can trust.

Look beyond price… Kruegers are competitive but what they also offer is indeed the core values of integrity, respect and commitment: - they always stand behind their product.

The enormous task of doing our first top level full retail fit out was daunting.  We knew we had to design and present a retail store which took us to the next level.  We wanted to lift our Brand and make consumer’s experience awesome.

We had Krueger recommended at first, and since our initial project with them, we have engaged the Krueger team for another four major fit outs, plus many smaller projects.  Our relationship continues to grow after 10 years.

When you are making a large investment in your Brand you need to know you have the backing of a professional and qualified team.  The investment for each project was significant, the Krueger Team were always available to discuss the costs and breakdowns as well as any design queries with our commercial interior designer.  It’s important to know you are investing in quality materials and first class project management.
